Cancellation Policy

- Every client will be given a 10 min grace period. After 10 mins you will be charged $10 late fee , after 10 mins your appointment will be canceled and you will need to reschedule which means a new deposit. - - No shows will be charged 100% of the service amount. Your Appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled by 𝟖𝐩𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 the appointment time to avoid fee. 𝐈𝐟 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝/𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 8pm there will be a 50% charge or more of total services.
